Dräger X‑plore 1930 FFP3 dust masks

The CoolSAFE filter material combines high filtration efficiency with low breathing resistance: it protects effectively against fine dust as well as solid and liquid particles, and the wearer can work for long periods without tiring. The mask is particularly suited to environments with high levels of dust exposure.

Key features

• Ease of use. To put the mask on, the wearer unfolds it, places it on the face, positions the flexible, continuous VarioFLEX head straps and presses the nose clip along the visible marking. Once on, it is comfortable to wear and seals tightly without pressure. The compact folding design saves space in the warehouse and on the way to a work site, and a hygienic individual package protects each mask from contamination.
• Fit. The two sizes (S and M/L) fit a wide range of faces. The three-part folding design adjusts easily to the wearer’s face and keeps the mask firmly in position: it does not shift even when the wearer speaks. The flexible nose clip integrated into the filter material and the soft nose pad on the inside give a secure seal around the nose. The highly elastic VarioFLEX head straps stretch to fit various head sizes.
• Comfort. The SmartFOLD design with double reinforcement makes the mask shape highly stable and provides a generous breathing space. Exhaled air is directed downwards, reducing the perceived temperature inside the mask.
• Compatibility with glasses. The mask is comfortable to wear with spectacles or protective eyewear: it does not get in their way, and the lenses do not fog up.

Fields of application

Class FFP3 protects against solid and liquid particles, and also against radioactive particles, enzymes and airborne biological agents of risk group 3. The mask can be used at concentrations of harmful substances up to 30 times the limit value (in accordance with EN 529:2005; national regulations may differ).
